1.Watermelon Berry Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced watermelon (seedless)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries and raspberries)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably unsweetened)
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, blend the diced watermelon, mixed berries, and plain yogurt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into small silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Place the molds or trays in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until solid.
